JusB Apps Terms of Use

By using an application published by JusB Apps FZE, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the Apps

JusB Apps provide software tools intended to help users organise, manage, review or present information.

2. No Professional Advice

Unless expressly stated otherwise, JusB Apps do not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal or other regulated professional advice.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and suitability of information you enter and for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

4. Local Data and Backups

Where application records are stored locally, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups.

5. Security and Device Access

You are responsible for protecting access to your device, application data and backup files.

6. Premium Purchases and Entitlements

Some JusB Apps may offer free and Premium functionality. Purchases are subject to applicable store rules, applicable law and the entitlement offered for the relevant product.

7. Device Replacement and Licence Transfer

Where supported, an eligible licence or entitlement may be restored or transferred to a replacement device using the authorised process provided for that product.

Device replacement does not by itself create a new user entitlement.

8. Third-Party Services

Applications may interact with third-party platforms or services governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse an application, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or bypass applicable licence controls.

10. Changes and Availability

We may update, improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

11. Intellectual Property

JusB Apps software, branding, interfaces, content, workflows and associated documentation are owned by or licensed to JusB Apps FZE except where third-party rights apply.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JusB Apps FZE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use an application.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our applications, services, legal requirements or third-party arrangements change.
