JusSpend Terms of Use

1. About JusSpend

JusSpend is software provided by JusB Apps FZE to help users record, organise and review personal financial information.

2. Not Financial Advice

JusSpend is an information and record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice.

You remain responsible for financial decisions made using information recorded or displayed in the app.

3. Free and Premium Features

JusSpend may provide free functionality, achievement-based Premium Preview access and paid Premium options.

Paid Premium products may include monthly, annual or lifetime access where offered through the applicable app store.

4. Purchases and Billing

Google Play processes Android purchases. Billing, cancellation, refund and payment processing are subject to Google Play terms and policies.

RevenueCat may be used to validate and manage Premium entitlements.

5. Premium Preview

Eligible users may receive a one-time 30-day Premium Preview after completing the applicable achievement requirements in JusSpend.

Preview access is promotional access and does not represent a recurring paid subscription.

6. Lifetime Purchase

Where offered, a lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase that provides access to the applicable JusSpend Premium entitlement for as long as JusB Apps FZE continues to make that JusSpend product and entitlement available, subject to applicable law, platform requirements and these Terms.

“Lifetime” does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser and does not guarantee that JusSpend, a particular feature, operating-system compatibility or an application-store service will remain available indefinitely.

7. Backups and User Data

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of information that is important to you.

JusB Apps FZE does not guarantee recovery of data lost through device failure, deletion, corruption, user action or loss of backup files.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse JusSpend, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access to its systems or use the app in violation of applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

JusSpend, its software, branding, interfaces and associated materials are owned by or licensed to JusB Apps FZE except where third-party rights apply.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for product development, security, legal or operational reasons.

11. Disclaimer

JusSpend is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JusB Apps FZE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use JusSpend.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the product, legal requirements or third-party services change. The current version will be published on this page.
