JusSpend Privacy Policy

JusB Apps FZE (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and has designed JusSpend around local ownership of your financial information.

Privacy by Design

Your financial data stays yours.

JusSpend keeps your core financial-tracking records on your device. No account is required, and JusSpend does not upload your spending, income or liability records to JusB Apps servers.

JusSpend does not currently integrate advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.

Google Play and RevenueCat are used only where necessary to process purchases and manage Premium entitlements. These services operate separately from your locally stored financial records.

1. Who We Are

2. Information Stored by JusSpend

JusSpend is designed primarily to store financial-tracking information locally on your device.

Depending on how you use the app, this may include expenses, income records, categories, liabilities, notes, app preferences, Premium-access information and achievement or Preview information.

JusSpend does not require a user account for its core functionality.

3. Backups, Export and Import

JusSpend may allow you to create, export, import or restore backups of your app data. These actions are initiated by you.

You are responsible for choosing where exported files are stored or shared and for protecting those files after they leave the app.

4. Premium Purchases

JusSpend may offer Premium features through Google Play.

Purchase transactions are processed by Google Play and may use RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements and determine whether Premium access is active.

JusB Apps FZE does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

5. Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we may receive information that you choose to provide, including your name, email address, enquiry details, screenshots or technical information.

We use this information to respond to your request and provide support.

6. Technical and Diagnostic Information

JusSpend does not currently integrate third-party advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.

The Android app has internet access for services required to support Google Play purchases and RevenueCat Premium-entitlement management. JusSpend does not currently make first-party network or API requests for your financial-tracking records.

JusB Apps FZE does not sell personal information.

7. Third-Party Services

JusSpend may use Google Play for application distribution and purchases, and RevenueCat for Premium purchase and entitlement management.

Those providers may process limited account, transaction, device or technical information necessary to deliver their services. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

8. Data Storage and Security

JusSpend's core financial-tracking data is primarily stored locally on your device.

Automatic Android application backup is disabled for JusSpend. Backups or exports that you deliberately create remain your responsibility once saved or shared outside the app.

We take reasonable steps to design the app to protect information from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. No device, application or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Data Deletion

JusSpend provides controls that allow you to delete locally stored app data.

Deleting or uninstalling the app may remove locally stored information, subject to your device and any backups you have separately created.

Purchase records maintained by Google Play or RevenueCat are subject to those providers' applicable retention requirements.

10. Data Retention

Locally stored JusSpend data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, uninstall the app or otherwise remove it through available app or device controls.

Information provided directly to JusB Apps FZE for support or administration is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, operational, legal or security purposes.

11. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held directly by JusB Apps FZE.

Because much of the information entered into JusSpend is stored locally on your device, JusB Apps FZE may not possess or have access to that information.

JusSpend may contain links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when JusSpend functionality, legal requirements or third-party services change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
