JusLeads Privacy Policy

JusB Apps FZE (“we”, “our”, “us”) designed JusLeads as a lightweight, local-first lead-management application.

1. Lead information you choose to enter

JusLeads can store lead names, contact details, notes, follow-up information, captured message text and other lead-management information that you choose to provide. Core working records are stored locally on your device or browser unless a feature clearly states otherwise.

2. Camera, screenshots, business cards and OCR

JusLeads can access your camera, photo library or device files only when you choose to take or add an image for lead capture.

Screenshots, business-card images and other supported images may be analysed using optical character recognition (OCR) to detect text. Detected text can then be used by Smart Fill and shown for review before you save a lead.

On supported browser and Android paths, image and OCR processing takes place within the app, browser or device. JusLeads does not send captured lead images or OCR-detected text to JusB Apps FZE for OCR processing.

3. Clipboard and drag-and-drop images

If you paste a screenshot image or drag and drop a supported image into the capture area, the image enters the same image-to-OCR-to-review path as an image selected through the app. Ordinary text paste remains text and does not create an image.

4. Local notifications

JusLeads may request notification permission to provide follow-up reminders or alerts that you choose to use. These notifications are scheduled and handled locally by the app and operating system. They are not used for advertising or behavioural tracking.

5. Backups and exported files

Where JusLeads provides export, backup or restore functions, those actions are initiated by you. You are responsible for protecting exported files after they leave the app.

6. Premium purchases

Where Premium functionality is offered through Google Play, Google Play processes purchase transactions and RevenueCat may process limited account, transaction, device and entitlement information needed to determine or restore Premium access.

JusB Apps FZE does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

7. Support communications

If you contact JusB Apps FZE for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, enquiry details, screenshots or technical information.

8. Data deletion and retention

Locally stored JusLeads data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, uninstall it or otherwise remove it through available app or device controls. Exported files are separate and must be deleted separately.

Purchase records held by Google Play or RevenueCat are subject to those providers' applicable retention requirements.

9. Security

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security and protecting any exported lead information. Local security controls do not replace the security controls provided by your device or operating system.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held directly by JusB Apps FZE. Much of the information entered into JusLeads is stored locally, so JusB Apps FZE may not possess or have access to it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when JusLeads functionality, legal requirements or third-party services change. The current version will be published on this page.
