JusAssets Privacy Policy

JusB Apps FZE (“we”, “our”, “us”) designed JusAssets as a local-first application for recording and managing asset information.

1. Asset information you choose to enter

JusAssets can store asset descriptions, values, dates, notes, categories and other information that you choose to provide. Core working records are stored locally on your device or browser unless a feature clearly states otherwise.

2. Asset photographs and documents

JusAssets can access your camera, photo library or device files only when you choose to take, add or import asset photographs or documents.

Photographs and documents added through supported click, camera, device, drag-and-drop or clipboard routes are processed and stored through the app's local asset or document workflow. JusB Apps FZE does not automatically receive a copy of those files.

3. Local notifications

JusAssets may request notification permission to provide reminders or alerts that you choose to use. These notifications are scheduled and handled locally by the app and operating system. They are not used for advertising or behavioural tracking.

4. Backups and exported files

Where JusAssets provides export, backup or restore functions, those actions are initiated by you. You are responsible for protecting exported files after they leave the app.

5. Premium purchases

Where Premium functionality is offered through Google Play, Google Play processes purchase transactions and RevenueCat may process limited account, transaction, device and entitlement information needed to determine or restore Premium access.

JusB Apps FZE does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

6. Support communications

If you contact JusB Apps FZE for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, enquiry details, screenshots or technical information.

7. Data deletion and retention

Locally stored JusAssets data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, uninstall it or otherwise remove it through available app or device controls. Exported files are separate and must be deleted separately.

Purchase records held by Google Play or RevenueCat are subject to those providers' applicable retention requirements.

8. Security

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security and protecting exported asset information, photographs and documents.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held directly by JusB Apps FZE. Much of the information entered into JusAssets is stored locally, so JusB Apps FZE may not possess or have access to it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when JusAssets functionality, legal requirements or third-party services change. The current version will be published on this page.
